Leading curriculum change (Time 00.58) Mark Sparvell: 'Carly, leading curriculum change processes in one site can be problematic but across a distributed staff it can be very challenging. Could you just talk to us about how the hospitals schools system is managing this process?' Carly Culleton: 'So when the children come in to hospital we have a liaison teacher role and they just really help with making sure that the curriculum is synchronised for the children, and having the Australian Curriculum has made that really accessible to children so that their learning isn't disrupted when they come to hospital; they just pick up where they left off in their home school.'
